Shipping Method:

Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS(usually), FEDEX and EMS

Processing time: After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. *Business Days Only 

Delivery Estimates: Within 7-12 days（Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.）

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. 

Returns:

Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges:

To exchange a product, please immediately contact customer service via email, Whatsapp or Instagram and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 7 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels .When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Note:

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 

2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 

3.In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
